Yoga is a philosophy of life,
which carries the potential to create a vibrantly healthy body and mind.
Practiced gently and guided, gradually leads you to
rediscover your fullest potential on all levels of human consciousness -
physical, psychological and spiritual. Through the special techniques of
breathing, the gentle gliding into postures (asanas), and your gazing focus,
you will learn to observe your senses which lead to a deep awareness of
yourself. Practiced with regularity and devotion, Yoga in return brings you
steadiness and clarity of body and mind.
Please note, to practice Yoga you do not need any
special skills, cloths, body-shape or flexibility. Yoga welcomes everyone! You
are perfect as you are.
