How have you found your way to Yoga?

To make a long story short; yoga’s saved my life and with it I have found my complete passion. I was lost and didn’t know exactly how to be me or anything in that matter. Yoga changed that and made me breathe, understand and feel. It still does to this day.

 

What kind of Yoga do you normally practice/teach?

I practice Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Forrest Yoga and Pranayama. Sometimes, I sneak some Yin Yoga into my day. I do teach what I practice, and through my long-term experience as a full-time yoga teacher I’ve developed a style I call «Hanuman Flow» which is a bit of a mix of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Forrest Yoga. I also teach Kids Yoga ages 1 to 10 years.


If you could give only one advice to a Yoga beginner, what would it be?

Find a teacher that resonates with you and be open to learn from them. Stay with your practice and show up for yourself. Don’t get attached to what you see, listen to how you feel.
