  • Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga, with its specific body movements, breathing exercises and relaxation postures, helps to improve physical well-being and mental balance. The poses are taken without any pressure or feel of competition and are only held as long as they feel comfortable and as long as you can breathe freely. Therefore, neither age, flexibility, life circumstances nor body weight are a limitation.

  • Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time, anywhere between 3 to 5 minutes, or even longer per pose is typical. It’s suitable for all levels of students, Yin Yoga is and a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga. While initially this style of yoga can seem boring, passive, or soft, yin practice can be quite challenging due to the long duration of the poses. In this Yin class we will also integrate meditation and conscious breathing.

  • Vinyasa Flow Yoga
    Keep on flowing.

Vinyasa Yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of Yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow Yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.

  • Fusion Flow
    A rewarding medley.

Fusion Flow is a creative combination of traditional Yoga, Pilates and Barre*. This is a dynamic class, with a variety of postures and movements, which will sometimes be repeated in series. We will focus on stability, alignment, core strength and posture, moving through the class with confidence and grace. Breath work also plays an important role, synchronizing the breath with the movement. An all-in-one class to tone and strengthen the body, leaving a sleek figure and an alert and satisfied mind.
All levels welcome, no previous knowledge needed.

*Barre elements only in classes taught by Bianca

  • Hanuman Flow
    An intense signature style.

Hanuman Flow is creative sequencing with focus and awareness on transitional movements. A steady flow that uses core, pelvic-floor and breath work to facilitate alignment and space. Hanuman Flow’s foundation is Patanjali’s Sutra ll.46 «Sthira Sukham Asanam». It’s Chantal’s unique and intelligent sequencing, created through her experiences as a full-time yoga teacher.

*In case somebody covers Chantals Hanuman Flow class, it’s a regular Vinyasa Flow or Strong Flow class.

  • Yin Yang Yoga
    Best of both worlds.

This is the perfect finish of a hard day: In this class we practice the moon salutation, Chandra Namaskar. This is a soft, flowing and quiet sequence where we hold the asanas for longer and work towards deeper hip openers. This benefits our practice generally with improved range of motion and circulation as well as having time for our body and mind to open and release any stress or tension. This practice is ideal for the evening, reminding us to slow down and be kind with ourselves. We close the practice with a relaxing Pranayama and soothing Savasana. Therefore, neither age, flexibility, life circumstances, body weight, or even religion are a limitation. You will sleep like a little prince!
