I am new to yoga. Which classes are suitable for yoga beginners?
All our classes are «open level», so our teachers are used to support each student individually in one class. We usually recommend to start with Hatha Yoga, but you are warmly welcome in all of our classes.

What do I wear and what do I bring?
Wear something that makes you feel comfortable. The clothing should not be too tight, as it should allow you to move freely. Yoga will be done without shoes. You don’t have to bring anything with you. We have yoga mats, belts, blocks, cushions and blankets for free use.

When are you open?
We open our doors 20 minutes before class, in the mornings 10 minutes before class.
When visiting for the first time we kindly ask you to be there early enough, so we can explain everything to you and show you around. -
