  • Hatha Yoga
    The ever present allrounder.

Hatha Yoga, with its specific body movements, breathing exercises and relaxation postures, helps to improve physical well-being and mental balance. The poses are taken without any pressure or feel of competition and are only held as long as they feel comfortable and as long as you can breathe freely. Therefore, neither age, flexibility, life circumstances nor body weight are a limitation.

  • Yin Yoga
    Reset.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time, anywhere between 3 to 5 minutes, or even longer per pose is typical. It’s suitable for all levels of students, Yin Yoga is and a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga. While initially this style of yoga can seem boring, passive, or soft, yin practice can be quite challenging due to the long duration of the poses. In this Yin class we will also integrate meditation and conscious breathing.

  • vinyasa flow
    Dive deeper into your asanas.

Vinyasa Yoga, where movement is synchronized with the breath, encompasses a wide range of Yoga classes. This style is sometimes referred to as flow Yoga because the poses flow seamlessly together, resembling a dance. Breath plays a crucial role as the instructor guides you to transition between poses on an inhale or an exhale.

    Suitable for all levels.
