Sabrina Dattilo

Yoga teacher

What were you like as a Yoga-beginner and any advice for a new Student?

Right from the start, the yoga class was an oasis for me, a place of refuge from the fast-moving world. This harmonious feeling of inner satisfaction and warmth in the heart after the practice inspired me to dive deeper and want to learn more about yoga.
A bit of advice? Yoga is so much more than artful and tricky poses. Try to put these ideas off and trust, just let go and let yourself go in the moment!

What inspires you to teach?

I am convinced that every being deserves a healthy and happy life.

Yoga for me is a philosophy of life, a wonderful, never-ending journey of mindfulness and peaceful coexistence. It inspires me to be able to share this journey with other yogis and to give them laughter and grounding.

What are you known for in your Yoga classes?

Hehe, I don't know that exactly. :-)
I hope for the harmonious connection of the asanas with deep breathing and numerous, enjoyable relaxation phases!

How do you clear out stress?

Stress arises in the head - and if I don't think about it, it doesn't even exist ;-) When there is a lot going on, I find my balance in nature - whether in the snow, rain or sunshine. A walk in the countryside, jogging in the forest or yoga by the lake.

What would you do if you had super-powers?

Turn all cars into sunflowers. Oh, wouldn't that look great? :-)

What does ‘Living Yoga’ mean to you?

Living yoga means feeling yoga in every moment of this life; be it in the overcrowded public transport, at the red light, or in conversation with the neighbour cat.

This is living real yoga. Filled with gratitude to share this journey in the Living Yoga Team with you!
